E-khata for village property

In E-khathas for village if somebody chooses to show his ownership and identity as shown below . For example: Onwer's name - Srinivas (S/o Manjunath). Proof of identity as per PAN card is - Srinivas (S/o Lokesh). The owner's name is same but Father's name is different. Will it become illegal or impersonation as per law?
A.Definitely ii is misleading. Any body can take action and there is threat of losing property.
