Regarding the partition of the property

Is it wrong if daughter name is not included in the family tree along with the sons name , while getting into any joint agreement for giving it for developing
If in case the father gives is property for joint venture to an outsider , while getting into agreement the daughter name is purposefully omitted in the papers showing just the sons .. is it not against the law
A.1) As per the law each and every family members name should be included in the family tree..
2) all the sons as well as the daughters have the property rights of their ancestral and father's property..
3) you may go ahead and demand for your name to be added into the agreement or you can even bring the stay order from court on the the the development on what the builder is planning to build.
