Conditions and terms of divorce not followed

My ex wife is not following the terms listed out in the mutual consent divorce petition with regarding to child access. Can I file for contempt of court.

A.In the petition of mutual divorce, spouse can only ask for divorce. So far as the child access is concerned, you have to filed petition for custody of your child.

A.Yes you can. File an application before the same Court.
