Home property documents change name from grandmother

Our home property name is my late grandmother.our grandfather is alive.we want to change name of property (home) to my father. How is it? Father have 6 siblings.
Second is can we change name to grandson ?
A.It all depends upon yours influence on the concerned authority they may take NOCs family members and change the name But it is not strong.

A.You will need to transfer property to your fathers name , approach to the Talathi office he will help you

A.Take GPA in the name of your father. Also prepare a will. Once will is prepared with all legal formalities, the right would belong to your father only. The siblings may try to challenge it but if you hire legal assistance then the will should be executed perfectly, and no challenge will lie to it. If your grandfather passes away without will, then your father cannot solely claim the property.
You may change name to grandson also through will. We do the procedure from start to finish.
