My husband took my money and all the jewellery without telling me My husband took my money and all the jewellery without telling me

I got married in May 2018. Soon after I got pregnant and have 1.5 year old son. During the time of my pregnancy, my husband withdrew money from my bank account and took all my jewellery. He deleted the sms of withdrawal from my mobile and scratched passbook of my bank. When I enquired with my bank, they informed me that someone withdrew from ATM. I thought this is fraud so I was going to file a police complaint but my husband got scared and he accepted that he has withdrawn money from the bank account. He also admitted that he took all my jewellery. He promised that he will return everything. I believed him and forgave him but since that day his behavior has changed and he has been threatening me to take away my son if I say anything about money. He doesn't earn money and the house is run on my money. I am very stressed as I have no money left now and I have to raise my son. I want to know if I can take divorce or file complaint against my husband?

A.You are required to firstly take a stand against your husband. So far custody of child is concern, till the age of five years of child it is mother who is natural guardian and thereafter depending various factors like financial status, education, willingness/opinion of child etc are required for deciding the guardianship of child.
