My great grandfather purchased property and wrote a deed including his two sons.. and he wrote not to sell or rent the property but to indulge in service to God with the income from the property .. this was registered in 1940.. after that his first son (my grandfather) died in a younger age and properties were looked after by his second son.. my father and his siblings partitioned the property in 1980 from little grand father siblings.. little grand father gave his property to his first and second wife sons.. recently little grandfather's first wife son is moving court arguing the partition deed s invalid.. how to go about it

My father s born with his elder brother and sister.. we got a release deed from elder sister and signed by a notary..but not registered..is it acepted in court of law
