Actually our neighbour are our uncle there are disputes every now and then also they have beaten up my mother once so we want to build a wall so that our we don't see each other and there no dispute or fight

A.If both of you are on the same page, a common wall can be built separating the properties.
If your uncles object for the same, you cannot do it without their permission or an order from court.
