I want my paternal property for my livelihood

My name is Rajan Chaubey, I am from Rohtas district of Bihar, I am from a joint family, in which my grandparents, and they have three sons, I am the only son of the eldest son, for my livelihood. I want the ancestral property of my share,
I am an unemployed married man and my family members say that you have to bear the expenses of yourself and your family, many times after explaining to my grandfather and grandmother that I have no income, please give me my part of the ancestral property so that I can earn a living for myself and my family, but they always postpone, my wife is from the womb and I am not getting any help from my family, so what should I do, please guide me.

If your father is a live then it is very difficult for you to get your share however you can file a partition suit .

A.you can file directly or your father can file suit for partition and court will issue notice if your grandfather is not ready to give but ensure that this property is ancestral property only. Before such step take people in confidence

A.You can file a partition suit in the local civil court with the help of a civil lawyer in Rohtas. Once you file the partition suit then you would get your share of the ancestral property. Speak to a local Advocate and move ahead.
