I want to protect my paternal property from getting sold out unethically from my family members. How can I raise claim to such property and also voice against what has already been sold

A.If your property is joint family property then you can proceed with partition to claim your share. And to stop from selling you may intimate through written letter at your tahasil/sub register office to give you notice if sale transaction happen / also you can file civil suit and take injunction order.
