Gift deed of flat in a building under RE-construction (old building -demolished)

A mother wants to gift deed her flat to her son. But building is under re-construction (old building demolished and new under development) Builder has not yet alotted flats in new building. On old agreement, can gift deed happen. Or mother has to wait till builder alots flat in new building.
A.It is better to wait till builder allots specific flat to the mother .

A.NO NEED TO WAIT GIVING DESCRIPTION MOTHER CAN GIVE AND WHICHEVER FLAT WILL COME IN SHARE THAT WILL GO TO SON BUT AS FAR AS SHARE IS CONCERNED THE VALUE OF THAT DOCUMENT WILL BE DECIDED AND DUTY WILL HAVE TO BE DEPOSITED

A.Yes as through gift deed ownership and right is transferred. As renovation is continuing process after gift deed donee can act accordingly on further activity as of doner. All the facts has to mention clearly in deed.

A.with demolition of the building the flat is no more in existence so how can she gift that to her son. Better wait for the new flat to be constructed and then she freely gift it.
