Hello,

My father and his brother possessed vast land parcel (1.818 hectare as per khasra/khauni) which was meant for agricultural use and later on agent verbally took land parcel (yr 1988) and sold colonized plots(around 200) to different people. My father/his brother went everytime to tehsil and did benama. Families have made their houses and everything is managed by a municipality (electricity is registered, house tax is paid by them).

Recently I came to know that almost all of them was sold except one or two which agent left like a park for people living there. However, map of colony was never approved.

Even today we are paying tax on that land parcel, all the roads are legally still with us.

Please help me understand what legal step we can take to get some benefit out of it and legally sell remaining land.. Also how can we force people to register land on their name.
