My cousine have sndp yogam cirtificate only..both them are from sndp cast.. now she want to get divorse and married again because of her husbands bad nature.. is she want to get divorse from court for another marriage?? Is sndp yogam cirtificate is legally valid???

A.Divorce decree from court is always best option because you can settle your family dispute by community practice or by another mood but in either case parties are open to approach the court.
