I'm prabhu. I'm question I'm marriage at 12-08-2020.after 13-08-2020 they parents taken and went to home to do marriage. After they case booked to me as boy will not taken going. I want to case but they are taken agreement to both side as. 1,2 year with in I'm settle down get talk and marriage and in case if boy or girl mind change will change they can do marriage to rights this agreement but after this agreement but photos want out they are giving case again on me because photos showing to all like this. I want to solve problems sir

First of all please specify your problem correctly. Law is not permitted for the contract marriage. What ever you wrote for 1 to 2 years is not valid if you have married her legally. So sit together and decide both of you. If she is interested then live together otherwise take divorce legally
