I have book a plot from an agency , somehow the agent and the owner got into a dispute ,mean while i had paid the whole amount through agent and i have all the slips with me . Now the owner is not willing to transfer the registry on my name .Please suggest me what should i do

A.First of all you may approach police station to giving a complaint immediately

A.1. you can serve them (seller & agent) a legal notice through a lawyer to transfer the land by executing the registry,
2. if the registry is not executed, you can file a civil suit for the specific performance,
3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, slips, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence
