Sir, I have a query about a loan auto debit(NACH). I have taken a personal loan from a private financial company. While taking the loan they have activated NACH mandate for autodebit. And I have paid my last EMI online which has to be paid on 04/09/2020 five days early(30/08/2020). And they have updated the payment on their system. After that now they have debited money from my account and when I asked them about that they told me that even if I pay the online payment of my EMI on time, then also they will cut the NACH charges without my permission from my account...and I don't know exactly how much is the charges for a check bounce. And they r cutting as much as they wanted from my account only because the NACH mandate is active...because of this I can't put any money in my savings account, why because I don't know how much they will cut as NACH charges. And now they r telling me that I have to keep balance in my account and should not do online payment. And the bank is also charging me the penalty charges for not keeping the minimum balance and for the NACH too..I would like to know that, can I cancel this NACH and do online payment of my EMI...?? And is it legal to auto debit money from my account even after I pay the EMI online on time...Is there any problem if I pay online payment when the NACH is active..?? How can they bounce a check even after I pay the EMI...?? now i I cant keep money in my account as they for the future EMI' s for auto debit because they r deducting money from it...And I can't do EMI online payment too because they told me that to I should not do the online payment.may be you understand the situation...after Iam doing online payment they deduct NACH charges...and If I keep the money for future EMI' s then also they deduct money from the account.and there is no fixed charges...they r deducting the amount how much they like to do as their wish..the savings account is in my name and savings is done by a private loan company...Iam looking at my account seeing the money lost from my account...now iam a watchman of my account...please give me a reply...thank you...
