What is the meaning of divource case , uncontested - dismissed , with this reason court dismissed our case.
husband has divource lawyer and wife doesnot has divource lawyer in this case.

A.Uncontested dismissed means that divorce petition is not contested by parties as your wife has not appointed lawyer or may be she did not appear her self . Another reason may be that your lawyer did not appear on dates given by court
