A.Hi,
Please try to settle the issue with your husband amicably and if that is not possible then proceed to file for divorce either with mutual agreement or for cruelty.

A.Dear Madam,
I understood your family issue, here you have not maintioned what job he is doing ? See , you have already spent 19 yrs. Of ur marriage. Now u should not loose ur patience. Ur son would be 18 and he may support you, if he also not, then you may choose to file Divorce if you can bear litigation expenses untill any further maintainance order is not passed, along with interim maintainance.
Thanks

A.if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish,

don't forget to draft an MOU before approaching Mutual Divorce, which is the most essential and important part of a Divorce case to avoid/reduce future legal complications,
some basic points to keep in mind and put in writing through an MOU before filing the petition for mutual consent divorce are custody of kids, distribution of assets (movable/immovable), quash/withdraw of pending litigation if any, Maintenance (present/future), Alimony, mode and time of making the payment, streedhan, future litigation, etc.

if failed, you are advised to file/claim
Domestic Violence case (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
you have rights to claim residence, protection, compensation, maintenance,
if you do not want to opt the divorce presently, you can ask for judicial separation also,
However, considering the tenure of the relationship, think many times before opting for the DIVORCE

A.Firstly try to resolve your dispute amicably with your husband and told him your problem. If it not works and you wants divorce than with consent of your husband file divorce by mutual consent it will take less time in getting divorce.if he didn't agree than file divorce petition in court on ground of cruelty.
