Divorce Divorce

I got married on feb 15th 2029, after 5 days of my marriage I got to know that they said false statements to my family before marriage. They said that he is working as a manager( software). After my marriage I got to know that he is working at a salary of 12000 in a BPO company. I asked him to change his job and get settled first. But he is not interested to get a good job. So I came to my mother’s home in may 2019 and no one came to me to take me to their house. What to do now. I wanted to apply for divorce and take all my belongings and dowry which I have given at the time of marriage. Ant suggestions please.

A.it was cheating but you lost time in making your mind else you had chance of annulment .
Now you have to file FIR for 498A for dowry and separately for divorce and can use FIR.
for your jewellry and belongings you can go and collect it. if they refuse then you can call police on spot for raid for streedhan.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear Madam,
You may first lodge complaint with police for cheating and then file divorce petition on exceptional grounds under Section 14(1) of Hindu Marriage Act, if both of you are Hindus.

A.Hi,
Please try to settle the dispute with your husband peacefully and if you still want to proceed with divorce then you can either go for divorce with mutual agreement of both the parties or you can file a divorce petition in court.
