DISSOLVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT DISSOLVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

Sir/Ma'am,

I have a piece of land in Jharkhand (India). After having discussions with few developers, I signed a Development Agreement with one of the builders to construct a residential apartment. But, after the papers were signed, I find his behaviour to be very suspicious. I feel insecure and so I want to dissolve the agreement. Kindly provide me with suitable guidance.

Thank you.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you do not wish to continue the agreement, then issue a legal notice to the builder stating that you do not want to continue the contract, if he doesnt wish to accept your option then proceed to court
