I am a widow and i have 4 daughters . My husband died without a will . My question is that how can i evict one daughter of mine from my husbands property

No you can't do, if your daughter herself want to relinquish her share from her father's property that time she may evict herself but you as a mother, can't act.

As per your inputs you are five legal heirs of your husband and all the legal heirs get share in your husbands property, if one of your daughter voluntarily wish to relinquish her rights then the property can be shared by other persons
