Hello,
So my grandfather and his brother bought a bungalow in Juhu where we reside, it was bought 30 years back. Back then we were also involved in the family business together so all the legal papers were kept in safety by them. Now after the death of my grandfather and mother, when we have finally asked him for the property papers. My father's cousin has refused to give it to us. When we contacted our society to change the share certificate on my parents name who is the heir according to my grandparents will, it took a while but we have managed to get that changed but when we asked them for a copy of the sales deed they said its given to the bank as there is a loan on it.
I want to know which all papers do I have to remove to sell the property and also how should i approach the bank for a copy of the papers.
