Will / legal heir advice
Hi,
My father had 3 properties. Two properties are completed flats and one is a plot which has been given to a builder for apartments construction where the builder will give us a share in total number of flats constructed. After death of my father we got all properties attached to my mother.
Now my mother wants to create a will/ legal heir / succession document for easy transfer of properties after her.
I need an advice on how to create a will for the same. Noting that 3rd property is still under construction and all 3 properties are in different cities of India.
A.1. The property can be transferred either by Gift deed Or Will.
2. The JV agreement with builder need to be taken care while drafting of Gift deed Or Will.
3. Once the Gift deed is registered then donor can not revoke it. But, Will can be revoked during life time of donor.
4. You may get back to me for further discussions.
