Right to Way
There are three persons in this, A that is me, and B and C, my neighbors. So basically, A used to use the path in B's land to move in and out of the house for the past 16 years, and its the only path to reach the main road. Now recently C bought that part of land from B (which A didn't knew about), and now C is not allowing A to use that part of land to move in and out of the house.
So I want to ask if A can in any way file a case against C for obstructing the only way to his house?
A.Hi,
It will be better to resolve this issue amicably and come to an understanding with C. If not, then A can file a suit claiming that his way out is being obstructed and he is unable to move freely.
