Divorce Divorce

After 1 month of my marriage, my husband is being provoked and misbehaves with me regularly at night, hence we do not share husband wife bonding and relation. I have tried to communicate with him but he avoids the situation and blames me to ruin the family. I have applied for mutual divorce. But I want to give a second chance to my marriage. Can court help me to reconcile my marriage?

A.Mutual divorce can not happen without consent of both.
also Mediation is mandatory step before 2nd motion in many states but still ask for it on next hearing. 6 months cooling period given by courts is for this purpose only so both person can think again and change decision of divorce.
The case will be sent to counselor who might be able to solve problem and divorce can be avoided.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear Sir,
You have to initiate multiple cases to bring him to your terms and in the meanwhile you may hold on the mutual divorce proceedings for few and join the company of your husband and check whether he is conduct is changed and whether you can continue the marriage and thus save the marriage.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you want to reunite with your husband, nothing to worry the court will refer for mediation before issuing the mutual divorce, even if the mediation is also over, file an application in the court that you want to reunite with your husband, further inform to your husband too, then both of you inform to the court that you wanted to reunite.
