Am looking for a competent lawyer who has experience in handling cases where the Husband has secured ex-parte Divorce in the USA. Its an old case and disappointingly no lawyer so far has any answers. Please indicate your contact details

A.Abandonment of Wife by NRI - means you are NRI. so wife is in India.
ex-parte divorce is mostly not valid in india.
you have to validate the ex-parte decree in india is marriage happened in India.
