i am sole owner of a property in kalyan . my family is staying with me ie my parents my brother and his wife. my brother and his wife are very abusive and humiliate us. can i remove them from ny house using right to exclusion. his wife is threatening me and my parents with false dowry and other false cases. also he is not giving me any rent or share in house expenses. please guide me how can i save myself and my parents??
my brother wife brothers and her father is also threatening us

A.Hi,
you can release a statement in newspaper specifying the exclusion of the share of your brother and his wife in your property.

A.Dear Sir,
Yourself and your parents may release a newspaper advertisement followed by legal notice saying that you have no connection with your brother and his wife.

A.Dear client make audio or vedio recording don't give to police station and make all evidences approach the court of Domestic Violence if harass mentally or physically take all necessary evidence and proof approach the Bombay City Civil Court and also vacate them by giving legal notices also. My advice is consult a Senior Property lawyer in Bombay. Regards NITHYANANDAN.S
