can my meintanance under CRPC 125 attached with my husbands salary.
as he is a private employee.any law or cition is there to attach salary of a pvt employee

A.Yes salary can be attached, the Court may attach that part of salary which is been order for maintenance.

A.Yes salary can be attached but not in full. His expenses has to be taken into account as well.

But he is a Pvt employee,my advocate told not possible,under which section it would be attach

As I said earlier you cannot attach his full salary. His expenses will be excluded. Moreover his salary will reflect your maintanence amount.
