Sir,I booked a flat and agreed to make down payment of 26 lakhs to builder in various installments.Balance amount of approx.40L is arranged through home loan which is yet to be approved.TDS calculated on total sale value consideration is approx.43K.Only sale agreement is made on which date is mentioned as 03.09.2020.However, the last installment in 26lakhs was paid on 15.10.2020.Now I want to pay full TDS of 43K online.How can I pay without incurring any penalty and late fee?what are the dates to be mentioned for Date of agreement,Date of payment/credit and Date of Tax deducted while filling form 26QB online ?
