Property related and fake molestation charge Property related and fake molestation charge

I have a brother who has acquired our maternal properties without my knowledge. His wife has registered a fake case of molestation on me. Now his wife is at one of the properties of father(which legally is to be separated between me and my brother) and threatening tenants of that property to leave immediately. Tenants are kept there on my half of the property and pay rent to me. How to tackle such a situation as my brother's wife can again put a fake molestation case on anyone?
Currently, tenants are present in the property and my brother's wife is also there waiting for tenants to vacate the place. I am fearing a new case of fake molestation from my brother's wife if I go there. Please give me advice

A.she can file fake molestation case on everyone ?
it will make things worse for her only in end.

regarding threatening tenants of that property to leave immediately, you can file FIR on her based on tenants complaint but tenants might not agree.

Hope this clarifies,

A.To address the "fake complaint" issue consider the installation of CCTV camera and keep the mobile recording on at the time of interaction. File police complaint if any threat of fake complaint is given to you or the tenants. For the property issue you should file a civil suit for Partition.

A.Hello,
You can send her a legal notice and than you can file a suit against your brother's wife seeking injunction against interfering with possession of tenants.
