20 years ago my grandfather purchased land from one person legally.we have all original land papers.but this februray the person put a case on my father that the land belong to him.and court sent a showcasuse notice to my home.till now my father did not respond to notice.what will happen to my land now

A.You should check with the court office to see if any case is also filed by him. You have not told who is in possession of the land.

A.First you have to respond to the show cause notice received from court.Secondly verify from the land records in registrar for entry in your name. If need contact a property lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to guide & help you on all aspects of the case quickly.

No.but you will be make your legal right week and opposite party can misuse your failure to contest the case and accomplish his cause and establish his legal right on the land.

This 3 months we did not respond .Court may sent enquiry officer for enquiry before close the case if we did not repond

Why? Court have rules & procedures once an order is passed there is only resort for appeal. My first advice is to take up the case with lawyer, because the opposite party will take advantage of your inaction on legal case & fully benefit in his disputed land case.
