My father has distributed land among me and my brothers. Although we don't have any RoR or patta for the land in our own name and my father has passed away last year. Now I want to sell my share of land to a third party and the party requires a registry for the land. When I approached my brothers are denying to sign the document to get an individual patta. How can i get patta for the land owned by me without approaching them.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for partition and get the share of your property in your name.
Also, one can get the all legal papers from Municipal Corporation office and Register office.

A.Hi,
In order to sell the property you will have to obtain a certified copy of the registered sale deed from the sub registrar office in your area office. You would have to pay a nominal fee to procure the same.
