I have a land in bihar where it is ka topo land and it's selling is not allowed and due to.our case we have put 144 on that land because few were forcibly making house and telling that they have bought but that's not possible but then too police is not at all active and they are continuing toh make their house what should I do please help me

A.Hi,
You may issue a warning to those people.
However, if they do not stop, then you may file a case against them

A.U have file civil case against them as a prayer to sale out to tried party. U must take civil injunction and then fill 144 before executive magistrate to order to the local police station to complay the civil courts oder.
