Submission of binding precedents after arguments are over and orders reserved.

Arguments are over and orders reserved. Want to submit a binding precedent SC JUDGEMENT to support my arguments already made. Is it possible under any rule ?

A.civil or criminal. both have different procedure to follow.
if it is binding then it might be possible that judge might be aware of judgement.
but if lawyer forgot to bring till argument and discovered now then it is nor very famous judgement.
if order come not in your favor then you can go for appeal also.
