Khata requirement in Gram Panchayat area Khata requirement in Gram Panchayat area

I have 8.5 guntas of DC converted land in a gram panchayath in mysore on which a farm house has been built with approval from the panchayat. Taxes have been paid by me as per demand register for over 20 years. The demand register mentions a Khata No. But I do not have any specific Khata certificate or extract. Do I need to apply for a Form 9 or a Form 11b? How do I get an e-khata? Thanks for any advice.

A.Hello,
For e-Khata you need to Just log on to http://www.sakala.kar.nic.in. And, Fill the application form and submit the relevant documents to make a successful submission. Once the application is processed, a SAKALA acknowledgement number will be generated. Your Khata will be digitally signed. In case your form is rejected, you will be contacted by an officer for a resubmission.
