My mom has three sisters and one brother, Brother(Mama) was the oldest followed by three Masi and last was my mother in the siblings.
Mama and mami did not have any child. Mama died 15 years back leaving behind mami only since they did not have any children.
Mami died few days back. Mama and mami left a house and other property behind. Since they dont have any children who can claim the property? If there is no will made by mama or mami who can claim their property or if the will is made on my name and property is not transferred on mami's name, how can i proceed for my clam?

A.Now the property shall be distributed as per Succession Act.
First property will go to class I Lrs and if no one in class I than class II but the property shall be distributed only as per succession act.
