my father buyed land from his brother in the year 2001 paid total cash but he didnot registered and there is no proof in this regard plese advice

A.Dear Sir,
File suit for declaration and permanent injunction and prove oral transaction or claim permission or adverse possession. Always be in possession.

A.You apply for EC from Sub-Registrar's office or through E-seva or Mee-seva centres, it will clarify it is on whose name and please check is there any unregistered agreement.
