My grandfather had purchased a land in west bengal near kolkata city before more than 50 years ago, but in 1980 after the death of my grandfather my father moved for Varanasi Uttar Pradesh. Now we have lost our sale and deed copy and other documents of property. So what can we do no in this situation for access our property and how could we get all documents which has been lost..sir please guide me

A.Hi,
First file an FIR regarding the missing sale deed paper and then later file an application to the registrar office to issue you a duplicate copy of the sale deed.

A.Hi,
First file an FIR regarding the missing sale deed paper and then later file an application to the registrar office to issue you a duplicate copy of the sale deed.

A.if you have the property detail you can get the duplicate copy of the registration deed from the registrar office and for that purpose you have to visit the register office to find out the detail of the property and apply for a duplicate copy of the lost documents by filing UP police FIR that you have lost the documents

A.documents is 1 thing and access to property is different.
who have the possession ?
you can go to registrar office and apply for duplicate copies by following the process.
but if you dont ave possession for many years then you night not get it back.
