We have a property which is in our grandfather's name he is no more he had three children two sons and (one daughter no more) who are also no more
Only their wife children are alive daughters daughter is also alive and married. The grandfather's house is on the road side The elder sons house is at the back he has a very narrow way too to his house so he had filed a case when he was alive had given a case saying that he needs to break part of the house to make a wider way to his house for car to enter and as he hasn't got any share from the grandfather's property Now he's no more and his wife and children and the daughters daughter have said they do not want anything from the grandfather's property because we have agreed to buy their house. So now we need to transfer the grandfather's property to our name so what is the procedure to be followed
