sir,
i have made sale agreement for purchasing flat for Rs: 27,75,000. and paid advance of Rs: 510000/ now the owner is not ready to do registration or give back money. so how to file case and what will the court fee.

A.Hi,
Do you have any receipt for the payment of the advance money or any document in that respect? Also, since the owner is neither doing registration nor he is giving your money back you may send him the legal notice.

A legal notice could be sent to the owner as he is not doing the registration, also he is not returning you the money, moreover, are you in the possession of the receipts of the payment of advance money or not?
