We are planning to buy one land in Andhrapradesh state from one of our distinct relatives. But now we got to know that the person who is owning the land had a Name "J Ammaji" in the land document which was done based on their old aadhar name. But year back they have changed the aadhar name to "J Lakshmi " which was her actual name. But the land document is still in the old name.
So we are worried if we give money and proceed with the registration will it create any issues in future. If it will create any issues, how can i overcome it. Do i need to ask them to do anything while registration to show case the name mismatch issue.
And main thing they dont have any gazzete for the old name and no other active proofs for the old name. But if we see in UIADI portal we are able to see the aadhar updation history.
Please suggest what will be right move here for me to proceed.
