I have taken flat from builder before many years. And given on rent to other person.
But that building was not on builder name till now so indirectly or directly I also don't hve proof except the proof that i have given money to builder.
Now builder sold my flat to the person whom I have given on rent

Please suggest what I can do

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately approach Civil Court and get injunction order not to vacate your tenant without dues course of law.

A.Hi,
Kindly provide more information regarding the fact whether any agreement was signed between you and the builder or any sale deed was executed.
However, if the builder is not the owner of the land, then he cannot sale or resale the property.

A.Hi,
Kindly provide more information regarding the fact, what documents you have in regard to the possession of property and whether any agreement was signed between you and the builder.
However, if the builder is not the owner of the land, then he cannot sale or resale the property.

A.First of all, builder can not sold the flats if he is not the owner of flats. Secondly, you would be deemed owner qua the person to whom you have given flat on rent. Further, if registered transfer of flat has been done, you have two legal options, one go for your title or go for recovery/damages for civil wrong done to you.
