My father expired in Nov 2020 and after his death we are 4 leagal hires i.e. 1 SON, 2 Daughters (1 married & 1 Divorced which received 10lac money from her husband at the time of her divorce in 2019) and 2nd wife with no child. (Our mother died in 2013 only.) We did inheritance kararnama on 500 bond as per shariyat by Mufti's fatwa however divorce sister is now declining the inheritance happened and she is asking more money as well as she is saying I have sold out my rented house now I want father's house I will stay here only and I will not do job and not ready for 2nd marriage. She is BE mechanical engineer,.
Kindly help us how to deal with such situation?

A.Hi,
If the inheritance was done on kararnama, it can not be revoked until there is mutual consent or if one of the party challenges it.

A.Hi,
Since the inheritance on kararnama was also consented by your sister, it can not be revoked.

A.Dear Sir,
Family settlement is okay but it is not according to Muslim Law. If nobody objects then it will become valid document.
