My brother get kisan credit card from bank. In this kcc my mother land also included by her sign. But in bank record Kcc account owner name is in name of brother. After Death my mother his half part is add in my land and mortgages in my tehsil land record. i want withdraw my land part from kcc and mortgage free.my brother don't want close kcc. what i do?

A.Hi,
The validity period is five years, with an option to extend for up to three more years. If this period is about to be finished, then the account will be closed.
However, you may contact the bank officials and ask for withdrawal of your share of land.

A.Hi,
More information is required regarding the fact whether the land involved was ancestral or self- acquired property and whether any will is made or not.
However, If the land belongs to you, then you may contact the bank officials and ask clarifications regarding the same.
