I have bought a property from the member of a housing cooperative society. He had allotment letter signed by the founder secretary of the society. However as the construction started it was stopped by a person claiming to be the owner of the plot.He also showed the sales deed executed by society to him. What should i do now?

As per your inputs after you started construction in your purchased property a stranger come and claiming the same, had you obtain approved plan to construct the house, the. Showing the valid documents you file an injunction suit in the court praying to restrain that stranger to interfere in your property and construction work

A.File a consumer complaint against the society and also under Tamilnad Real estate authority.
