A.In whose name the property has been recorded?? If there is her name she can clame.

It depends upon the fact whether she is the co-owner of the property or not.
If she is not the owner, she cannot claim any share of property.
However, she can claim maintenance.

As per the inputs your mother in law is an applicant for the bank loan, then on whose name the property is registered, if her name is not in the purchase register then she can not claim the rights over the property, she is only the applicant for the loan
