I am planning to buy a property. Person2 sold to Person3 in 1984. Person3 sold to Person4 in 1994. Person4 sold to Person5 in 2001. Now current owner is Person5. Person2 ki Person1 nunchi "Vikraya Swadhinam" dwaaraa vachindhi ani raasaaru 1984 registration document lo. Will I get loan facility if I purchase this land. Kindly advise.

A.Hi,
If the land was duly registered by the previous owners and they had legal title to the property.
Then, generally problem would not arise in getting the loan facility.
