Nuisances by neighbour Nuisances by neighbour

Me and my neighbour's house is connected by wall. Recently my neighbour did construction some of which is illegal and closed a 6 inch gap between our property to no gap at all. Now water started to seep into our walls through his side of property. We told him to get this fixed but he is not taking any action. Also every now and then he throws garbage infront of our garage which is captured in our CCTV camera.
What action can be taken against him after multiple unsuccessful reminders.

A.Hi,
You can send him a legal notice for the nuisance caused, and further file a case for the same.

A.Send them a Legal Notice first, detailing all the problems created by them and that if they don't stop creating nuisance, you shall take civil and criminal action against them. If, even after the Legal Notice, they do not mend their ways, file a complaint with the police in your local Police Station and get a FIR registered.
