Want Divorce from Wife

I got married on 04/09/2019 and my wife left me and went in December 2019 she was with me only for 2months she was carrying when she went but its been 1yr and for baby its now 7months till now there is no contact between me and my wife and not informed about the delivery of the baby also. i went to her house to speak but she is not ready to speak and not ready to come. what should i do now

If you want divorce from wife, then you may file a petition under section-13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.However, if you do not want divorce, you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

A.Legally you can file Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition before family court.
But you have to ask her reason, Why didn't she come with you?
If Her reason is genuine, you have to consider that.
If her reason is not genuine then you might go fo ROR petition.

A.Dear Sir,
First of file I recommend you to go for filing restoration of conjugal Rights U/S 9 .
Go for the mediation and settle down the issues.
Also file the civil suit for the custody of the child so that atleast you get opportunity to meet your child as per the right as a father.
Do pay maintenance for child as a responsible father order to get custody of the child in the later stage of the civil suit.
