Right to Property of Christian Daughter Right to Property of Christian Daughter

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is a Christian family in Andhra Pradesh. My grandfather has 4 children of which my mother is the only girl child. In the year 2004 , my grandfather gave away his property which is a house and 12 acres of agri land equally amongst his sons without the knowledge of my mother and without my mothers signature and registered them on his sons names. Now my grandfather realized and asked his sons to rethink, and the sons denied considering my mother to get any property. My grandfather is still alive and is willing to give his daughter her share. Please help me to know what rights my mother has to claim her share if the brothers are not in agreement. Thanks much in advance

A.Hi,
Since your grandfather himself transferred the property to his sons, nothing much could be done, as they have ownership over the property, and it is no more you grandfather's property now, as he has transferred it.
