Riicco dwara allotted plots ki lease deed do sage Bhai ke naam he. Dono Bhai ki death ho chuki he. Aur unke warisan ke kabze me he.ek bhai ke warisan dusre Bhai ke warisan ko uprokt sampati transfer kis trah se kar sakenge.

A.Hi,
They cannot effect such a transfer as they are holders of the lease and not owners of the property.

A.Hi,
As it is a lease deed and they are not the owners of the property, they cannot transfer their shares to one another. There can, however, be an informal agreement between the same regarding the same.
